Information about Poster Presentation

The maximum size for the poster will be about DIN/ISO A0 format, that is approx. 119 cm (46,8 inch) high by 84 cm (33,1 inch) wide.

To achieve maximum impact, here are some guidelines to prepare posters:

• Feature the title in extra large characters on the top of your poster.
• Display your materials in large print, so that it can be read from the distance.
• Include a sign-up pad or another possibility for those wanting additional informati-on.
• Many posters highlight colorful visuals.

Notes for poster presentation at the conference:

• Posters can be put up at 9:00 h the day of the presentation. The poster area is signed with the poster numbers.
• Presenters should be with their poster the entire time of the poster session.
• Posters should be removed by 19:00 h, except for Tuesday. On Tuesday posters should be removed by 22:00 h.
